Starting this September, our gym is open even later. Whether you're a night owl or an early bird, our new extended hours give you the flexibility to work out when it suits you best.

Plan a late-night session, kickstart your day before dawn, or find the perfect time that fits your lifestyle. Discover the new ways to make fitness work for you.

Weekdays: 5 AM to 10 PM

Fridays: 5 AM to 9 PM

Weekends: 7 AM to 7 PM
