Starting from Saturday, Feb 27th, we are delighted to announce the availability of Oxygen Chamber in our recovery room. This innovative system provides numerous potential benefits, including increased energy, improved recovery, and enhanced overall well-being.

Join the GymTonic personal training staff for our first in-house seminar, Fundamental Movements 1, Tuesday, 02.6, 6-8pm. Curated by our knowledgeable staff, this seminar gets down to basics. Education combined with guided hands-on practice.
